As Frankenräuber, we’ve rocked stages, made tents shake, and won hearts over the years – with over 20 instruments, real live energy, and a touch of Franconian charm. But anyone who’s on the road a lot quickly realizes: names are more than just words – they are invitations, identities, and gateways.
In southern Germany – especially in Bavaria – the name "Frankenräuber" didn’t always find open ears. And internationally, on our Oktoberfest tours, the term was often a mystery. So we asked ourselves: How does our music sound when we think of it in a new way?
The answer: BayernBeats.
A name that celebrates Bavaria – with all its joy of life, tradition, and party culture. And a name that promises beats – danceable, internationally understandable, and full of energy. BayernBeats is not a break from the Frankenräuber brand, but an expansion. A second brand that opens doors, reaches hearts, and conquers stages – from Munich to Miami.

Als Frankenräuber haben wir über Jahre hinweg Bühnen gerockt, Zelte zum Beben gebracht und Herzen erobert – mit über 20 Instrumenten, echtem Live-Feeling und einer Portion fränkischem Charme. Doch wer viel unterwegs ist, merkt schnell: Namen sind mehr als Worte – sie sind Einladung, Identität und Türöffner.
Im süddeutschen Raum – vor allem in Bayern – stießen wir mit dem Namen „Frankenräuber“ nicht immer auf offene Ohren. Und international, auf unseren Oktoberfest-Tourneen, war der Begriff oft ein Rätsel. Also haben wir uns gefragt: Wie klingt unsere Musik, wenn man sie neu denkt?
